I can't imagine this meaning anything good, as my rent is way too low for the neighborhood. Methinks they will fix the broken glass in the front door and actually mow the front lawn for once and jack my rent up $200/month. Well, I can't worry about it for now as I don't actually know anything beyond this letter, which was typed in all caps like a ransom note.
